Convenient and dependable

Lived here a couple years now. Upsides: It's secure, clean, and the staff are dependable and other residents reasonable. And the location is pretty convenient - as close as you could want to be to 'central' things while still being on a quiet street (cul de sac). Train is 15 minute walk away, bus stop 1 minute walk away. Downsides: Kind of expensive for parking and it's limited (though it's underground, heated, secure). The place itself is kind of expensive (maybe not out of step with the rest of the market though).

A quiet treasure

As a first time renter downtown, this building is pure magic. All the proximity to the bustling life of Byward Market, the Parliament Grounds and Museums galore, but none of the noise.
